American Cable Assemblies, Inc designs and manufactures custom fiber optic assemblies and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. The product portfolio includes OM3, OM4, OM5 and OS2 fiber paired with a range of connector types such as multi‑fiber push‑on (MPO), LC, SC, ST and FC. Both simplex and duplex configurations are offered, with standard fiber counts of 12, 24, 48, 72 and 144 for distribution, micro‑distribution and armored applications. For high‑density needs, the company produces custom breakouts that incorporate 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm or 2.0 mm furcation tubing and may include an optional pulling eye. In addition to optical solutions, American Cable Assemblies, Inc provides custom copper assemblies and UL‑rated power cords.
