Ausco, Inc. designs and manufactures both standard and custom fluid‑control valves, including check, relief, regulating, solenoid, sampling and combination types, and also supplies restrictors, orifices, snubbers and manifolds. The company holds AS 9100 certification and performs complete assembly, inspection and flow testing of its in‑house components, capable of handling pressures up to 6 000 psi and flow rates of 40 gal per minute. Valve development relies on SolidWorks® 3‑D CAD, Matlab® analytical tools, finite‑element analysis and computational fluid‑dynamics software. Products are fabricated from corrosion‑resistant stainless steel, titanium or aluminum. Ausco serves customers in the aerospace, military, oil‑tool, power‑generation and commercial sectors.
