The Polymer Lab delivers chemical, thermal and rheological testing services for plastic (polymer) raw materials and finished products. Its analytical capabilities support material identification, product failure analysis, troubleshooting, reverse engineering and quality‑assurance initiatives. The laboratory employs a suite of techniques that includes gel permeation chromatography (GPC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), microstructural analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier‑transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), ash‑content determination and melt‑flow‑rate measurement. The operation is QS9000 certified.
