TDI Custom Packaging, Inc. manufactures a full range of custom plastic bags, including food bags, parts bags, static‑control bags, medical bags and plant bags, using blown film extrusion technology. The company also extrudes, converts and prints polyethylene film to serve diverse packaging applications. Emphasizing small‑quantity production runs, TDI offers FDA‑approved film in both high‑density and low‑density grades. Its equipment can produce material widths from 1 in to 40 in and lengths from 5 in to 240 in. Customers may select clear or colored stock, with options for plain or printed finishes to suit specific packaging requirements. Additional configurations include individual bags, vertical perf bags, die‑cut handle bags, seed or plant bags and sleeves, as well as features such as vents, hang holes, consecutive numbering, and sleeves supplied either individually or on rolls.
