Wabash MPI Carver designs and manufactures both standard and custom hydraulic and pneumatic presses. Its product line includes compression, vacuum, transfer, custom‑engineered, injection‑molding, and laboratory presses. Each machine is equipped with a programmable controller featuring an HMI, a PLC‑based cycle counter, and an automatic transition between closing and pressing speeds. The presses incorporate an OSHA‑approved operating system, a pressure‑relief valve paired with an analog pressure gauge, and an integral hydraulic system that uses a TEFC motor, a reservoir and a water‑cooled heat exchanger. Clamp‑area guards with keyed interlocks enhance operator safety. The equipment is suitable for compression molding, bonding, trimming and laminating of rubber, plastic and composite materials.
