SHW Casting Technologies, Inc. provides new roll and roll refinishing, as well as repair and rebuilding services. The facility can lift loads up to 75 tons and supports a 60 x 400 turning and grinding capacity. It also offers thermal spray and hard surfacing, utilizing high‑velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) and arc spray processes. Coatings are produced with porosity less than 1 percent, and the final surfaces can achieve a super‑polished finish of 2 RMS or better.
