Flairline Fluid/Air Products designs and manufactures both standard and custom pneumatic and light‑duty hydraulic cylinders and related components. Its product line covers round‑body cylinders, powered slides, NFPA‑interchangeable cylinders and heavy‑duty NFPA tie‑rod cylinders. The high‑cycle round‑body series is offered in F, O, H, D, M and DM configurations, while the heavy‑duty tie‑rod family includes T and TM types. Available models span double‑acting, single‑acting, double‑acting double‑ended and cap‑to‑cap constructions, and magnetic‑switch versions are compatible with reed or Hall‑effect sensors. Adjustable stainless‑steel mounting bands permit placement of multiple switches at any point on the cylinder to control or trigger sequences. A full range of mounting hardware—foot brackets, flange brackets, rod clevises, mounting nuts and swivel brackets—is also supplied.
