United Grinding North America, Inc. designs and distributes CNC and manual tool‑ and cutter‑grinders, as well as production grinding centers that handle rotary tools and indexable inserts made from tungsten carbide, polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and polycrystalline boron nitride (PCBD). The machines achieve micron‑level tool accuracy and can produce mirror‑finished surfaces on PCD workpieces. A range of models incorporates advanced measuring and compensation systems together with automatic loaders to support fully automated production environments. The Ewamatic® series targets round tools and inserts for metalworking and woodworking applications, offering configurations for PCD, PCBN and carbide materials. Rotoline® machines are optimized for extremely long, thin tools, accommodating diameter‑to‑length ratios as high as 1:150. Easygrind® provides CNC‑controlled grinding of PCD inserts, while the RS‑15 model is intended for manual grinding of PCD and PCBN inserts. For high‑precision manual grinding of small tools across all types, the WS‑11 system delivers the required accuracy.
