Versa‑Matic manufactures patented Elima‑Matic® non‑stalling, lubrication‑free, air‑operated double‑diaphragm pumps together with a full line of pump accessories. The product range spans 1/4‑inch to 3‑inch sizes and is offered in both metallic and non‑metallic constructions, available in bolted leak‑free clamp‑band configurations. Designed for high‑solids applications, the pumps can handle fluids containing up to 90 % solids and deliver flow rates from 1 GPM up to 260 GPM (984 LPM). Additional features include self‑priming capability, shear‑sensitivity, submersible operation, and the ability to run dry. Specialty models are certified for FDA food‑processing use, meet 3A sanitary standards, and carry UL listings.
