WONIK Quartz International designs and manufactures quartzware for the semiconductor sector. Its product range covers diffusion tubes, liners, boats, carriers, pedestals and related accessories, together with single wafer process bell jars, insulators, gas distribution plates (showerheads), windows and additional accessories. Production takes place in cleanroom environments, enabling the fabrication of 200 mm and 300 mm diffusion quartzware as well as custom OEM components for single wafer applications. WONIK Quartz International serves global semiconductor manufacturers and OEM suppliers.
