American Power Connection Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures conductive wiring devices, with a focus on custom‑engineered laminated shunts, busbars and cables. The product line includes both standard and bespoke connectors. Laminated shunts are fabricated from thin‑strip copper and can be finished with swaged or riveted copper clips, loose ends, solder‑dipped ends, or welded constructions; silver‑plated contact surfaces are also offered. Customers may specify shunt type, overall thickness, lamination thickness, width, length, hole diameter, hole pattern and end treatment. Cable offerings comprise braided cables, dry jumpers and furnace cables, supplied either bare or tin‑plated and optionally protected with shrink wrap, hose or fiberglass sleeving in a range of sizes. Busbars are produced from solid copper and shaped to meet individual application requirements and specifications. Additional capabilities encompass cable reconditioning and repair, press‑bonded laminating, tin‑plated copper processing and automated production. All products are manufactured in the United States.
