Stirling Ultracold, Global Cooling Inc. designs and manufactures free‑piston Stirling cooling systems that include refrigeration coolers, portable freezer units, low‑temperature modules, marine‑grade refrigerators, and blood‑bank refrigerators. The refrigeration coolers operate with natural‑gas helium sealed in stainless‑steel cans, eliminating the need for chlorofluorocarbons, hydro‑fluorocarbons or lubricant oil. Their valve assemblies are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R134a (tetrafluoroethane), R22 (chlorodifluoromethane), R407C (hydrofluorocarbon blend) and isobutene. All equipment and machinery in the product line rely on helium gas, which helps lower CO₂ emissions while achieving an internal temperature of 5 °C when ambient conditions are 30 °C for a 200‑liter capacity unit. Additional offerings comprise aluminum thermal‑conduction components for the cold side, starter kits, AC adapters, drive PCs, two‑piece plastic containers and 3‑meter cords with cigarette‑plug connectors. Stirling Ultracold’s coolers and refrigerators serve a broad spectrum of applications, such as food storage, laser cooling, petroleum testing equipment, environmental monitoring devices, dermatological outpatient surgery, and marine refrigeration.
