Delta Manufacturing Co., Inc. designs and manufactures a full line of heating solutions, thermocouples, and related accessories as a woman‑owned operation. The product portfolio covers cartridge, strip, band, drum, tubular and immersion heaters. Band heaters are offered with either mica or ceramic insulation, while strip heaters are supplied as channel‑tube or finned configurations. Immersion heaters include screw‑plug, circulation and flanged styles, each equipped with built‑in thermostats. Cartridge heaters feature PTFE insulation, and tubular heaters are available in straight lengths, hairpin forms, or custom dimensions. The company also provides air‑duct heating options, including open‑coil heaters. Thermocouples are produced with grounded, ungrounded, and exposed‑junction designs. Supporting accessories comprise high‑temperature and conductor wires, protective sleeving, mercury‑displacement relays, insulating tapes, ceramic‑metal covers, and flexible metal hoses. Mica heaters in the lineup carry UL® listing.
