The Northglenn Colorado division of JBC Technologies (formerly Die Cut Technologies) delivers die, laser, and digital cutting capabilities for a broad range of elastomers and engineered materials, including butyl, cork, felt, fluoroelastomer (FKM), fluorosilicone, graphite, neoprene, nitrile rubber, polyurethane, Poron®, Santoprene®, silicone, urethane, vinyl, and styrene‑butadiene rubber (SBR). In addition to cutting, the facility provides kitting and assembly services and acts as a distributor of pressure‑sensitive adhesives. The division also manufactures custom gaskets, thermal insulation components, acoustic and vibration control solutions, and seals, supporting both prototype development and full‑scale production runs. Its customer base spans the electronics, medical, automotive, aerospace, and energy sectors. Operations comply with Mil‑I‑45208A and TS‑16949 specifications, and the company holds ITAR registration.
