Chattanooga Boiler & Tank Co. designs, fabricates, and erects custom process and storage tanks, pressure vessels, silos, bins, hoppers, stacks, and ductwork. The product line includes condensate storage, blow, liquor, dissolving, filtrate, fuel‑oil, water‑treatment, jacketed, double‑wall, compartmented, distilling, dispensing, feed‑water, lined and flash tanks, as well as cylindrical, spherical, vertical, cone‑bottom and flat‑bottom configurations. Digesters, reactors, scrubbers and towers are also offered. Construction materials span nickel, aluminum, alloy steel, stainless and carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy® and Inconel®. The company provides tank repair and maintenance services, with particular expertise in process and storage tank, pressure‑vessel and digester refurbishment, and conducts pressure‑vessel repairs that satisfy NBIC ½‑stamp criteria. Applications serve the petro‑chemical, pulp and paper, plastics, wastewater‑treatment, pharmaceutical, fiber, fertilizer, food and power sectors. All steel tanks and vessels are fabricated to comply with ASME Section VIII, API 650/620/653 and AWWA D100 standards.
