QDP, Inc. manufactures custom precision‑stamped metal and laminated component parts. Its product range includes components made from cold‑rolled steel, various alloys, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys, as well as adhesive‑laminated metal foils and films. The stamping operation can apply up to 60 tons of force, and finished parts are offered either loose or on reel‑to‑reel carriers to accommodate plating processes or automated handling. Additional services comprise production of laminated foil and film, precision slitting of these materials, and fabrication of laminated roll products within Class 10,000 clean‑room environments.
