American Bag & Linen Co. provides contract cut‑and‑sew manufacturing for commercial, military and industrial clients. The operation occupies a 33,000 sq ft climate‑controlled facility that houses roughly 200 sewing machines, three cutting tables and computer‑aided design tools for pattern layout and cutting. Services span material sourcing, design assistance, cutting, sewing, packaging, order fulfillment and warehousing. Current production includes military apparel and soft goods, specialty luggage, hypo‑allergenic and bed‑bug‑resistant linens, as well as pool covers, boat covers and wastewater filters. Earlier projects have delivered aprons, towels, body armor, napkins and tablecloths. The company works with a broad range of fabrics such as Cordura, nylon, non‑wovens, cotton, poly‑cotton blends, polyester knits, twills, Gore‑Tex, proprietary laminates, assorted webbings and canvas.
