Imperial Honing delivers precision honing for both production runs and prototype parts. In addition to honing, the shop offers boring, gun drilling and trepanning operations. The facility works with a broad material portfolio that includes aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel, carbon steel, various plastics, PTFE, ceramics and titanium. Capable of processing components such as pipes, tubes, barrels, sleeves, molds, bushings, pumps, liners, cylinders as well as cast and forged parts, Imperial Honing serves customers across energy, aerospace, automotive, military and defense, general manufacturing, oil and gas tooling and exploration, medical, food, marine equipment and agricultural sectors.
