SPRINGS & THINGS INC. designs and manufactures custom‑made springs, operating under ISO 9001:2015 certification. The facility supports the full product lifecycle, from prototype development and short‑run batches to high‑volume production. Core offerings include compression, extension, torsion and flat springs, as well as wire forms, assemblies, straightening and cutting services. Wire diameters can be supplied from .006 in. up to .625 in., in both round and shaped configurations. A broad alloy portfolio is available: music wire, hard‑drawn MB, oil‑tempered, chrome‑silicon, chrome‑vanadium, stainless grades T302, T316 and T17‑7, spring brass, phosphor‑bronze, beryllium‑copper, monel, Inconel®, and Hastelloy B and C. Non‑spring wire options include low‑carbon, stainless steel and tungsten filament. Pre‑plated finishes such as galvanized, nickel, tin and bezinal are offered, and the company can also apply external service finishes. Compression springs can be finished with end‑grinding, and spring bodies are produced in cylindrical, conical, barrel, hour‑glass or any special shape required. CNC machinery, comprehensive quality‑control equipment and documented procedures ensure consistency, while the operation emphasizes rapid delivery of customer orders.
