SmartRiver Industrial, Ltd. manufactures conveyor idler rollers. Each roller is welded with a controlled process that guarantees bearing bore concentricity at both ends within 0.0015 in. A dedicated machining step on the shaft further limits coaxial deviation to less than 0.0015 in. The outer edge runout of the rollers is kept below 0.016 in., and can be reduced to as little as 0.010 in. when required. The design incorporates high‑precision 17 mm deep‑groove ball bearings that provide strong flexural resistance. All products satisfy CEMA load classes B, C, D, E and F.
