Pexco LLC designs and manufactures both standard and custom plastic components, including extrusions, tubes, profiles, sheets, rods, cylinders, tapes and guards. These parts are produced from a range of polymers such as polycarbonate, nylon, polysulfone, polyurethane, PVC, PVDF, acrylic and polyethylene. The product line also includes traffic safety items such as posts, bollards, curb systems, lane separators, barricades, pavement markers, barrier reflectors and snow poles. Manufacturing capabilities encompass injection molding, insert molding, assembly operations and final packaging, while additional value‑added services are offered, including cutting, drilling, precision CNC machining, tapping and welding. Pexco LLC serves customers in the aerospace, defense, automotive, architectural, marine and heavy‑equipment sectors, and all production is performed in the United States.
