Solon Manufacturing Co. designs and supplies Belleville spring washers and industrial pressure switches. Its product line includes Belleville disc springs, compression washers and flange washers that are forged from alloy steel or stainless steel and sized for bolts ranging from #6 to 4. The pressure‑switch portfolio covers a pressure span from –5 in. WC up to 5,000 psi and can be configured for absolute pressure, differential pressure, temperature‑compensated (gas density) measurements or vacuum applications. Actuation methods encompass diaphragm, bellows and piston designs, and each unit may incorporate up to four electrical switches. Options for fixed or adjustable dead bands are available, along with high‑DC‑rated electrical switches.
