Swiss Craft Precision Grinding delivers comprehensive tool and die solutions, concentrating on contract fabrication of both new and replacement die tooling. The product portfolio encompasses dies, punches, inserts, blocks, retainers, strippers, wafers, coated components and a broad range of additional tools crafted from diverse materials. Manufacturing capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping, CNC lathe turning, wire EDM, plunge EDM, CNC EDM, EDM drilling, as well as surface, profile and optical grinding. The shop can grind parts to a tolerance of plus or minus .0001 in., and perform EDM operations within the same tolerance for wire diameters of .004 in., .008 in. and .010 in.; EDM drilling can produce holes as small as .012 in. in diameter. Final inspection services are offered for every part and product delivered.
