Active Control eXperts, Inc. (ACX) designs and manufactures actuators, sensors, vibration‑reduction solutions, and motion‑control systems that integrate smart materials and active control technologies. It mitigates structure‑borne noise and vibration using either passive piezoelectric damping or active damping methods, and it provides vibration isolation mounts and complete isolation systems. The portfolio includes compact linear motion devices delivering high speed and precision, as well as miniature load cells and ultra‑thin pressure sensors noted for their high sensitivity. ACX emphasizes custom‑engineered designs for original equipment manufacturers while also offering standard products such as the QuickPack® piezo actuator and Thinn™ sensors for force and pressure measurement.
