The company’s autoclaves accommodate interior diameters up to 30 ft and support floor‑loading capacities of 100,000 lb. Pressure capabilities range from 50 psi to 1,000 psi, while operating temperatures span 100 °F to 900 °F. Each installation is fully engineered and supplied as a complete, turn‑key package. Control systems are developed in‑house, UL‑listed, and feature a programmable logic controller paired with a 9‑inch color touchscreen and the proprietary ACCS™ D6 specification‑certified software. Thermal Equipment Corporation also provides ongoing maintenance, repair, calibration, inspection, refurbishment, and relocation services. Stock autoclave units are available, and customers may elect a one‑year warranty.
