Tectron Metal Detection designs and manufactures industrial metal detectors aimed at tramp‑metal protection. The product line offers adjustable apertures and LED displays, and can identify magnetic, non‑magnetic, ferrous and non‑ferrous metals. Installation is possible without cutting conveyor belts, and each unit incorporates self‑diagnostic circuits and a PC serial port for monitoring. Detectors are supplied in multiple sensitivity levels, with options for larger apertures, and a separate road‑scan model is also available. Applications include conveyor systems that transport coal, minerals, aggregates, logs and other bulk materials. Tectron provides custom‑design services to meet specific client requirements, and backs every detector with a three‑year warranty.
