AyersTech Waterjet provides custom waterjet cutting solutions for precision components and tools. The operation handles a broad material portfolio that includes aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, exotic alloys, fiberglass, foam, glass, granite, graphite, hardened steel, marble, mild steel, plastic, rubber, stainless steel, titanium and wood. Cutting capacity reaches up to 8 in. in thickness, with a maximum cutting envelope of 120 in. × 320 in. and a material handling capability of 10,000 lb. Tolerances are maintained at ±0.002 in., and the system can produce zero‑taper cuts. Production volumes range from single‑piece prototypes to batches exceeding 10,000 units. In addition to waterjet cutting, AyersTech Waterjet offers engineering support and graphic‑design services, as well as CNC milling, CNC drilling, CNC tapping, engraving, serializing, turning, metal braking and rolling, welding, laser cutting, plasma cutting and finishing operations. Both prototype development and full‑scale production runs are supported.
