Thieman Quality Metal Fab manufactures custom fabricated metal parts and assemblies. The firm offers a full suite of machining and forming capabilities, including CNC sawing, CNC machining, drilling, plasma machining, turret punching, laser cutting, press‑brake forming, stamping, and a variety of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, robotic and spot welding. Engineering support is provided through CAD/CAM design, 3D modeling, and finish work that includes painting. Production accommodates light‑gauge sheet metal, structural plates up to one inch thick, aluminum, stainless steel, and a broad spectrum of other structural materials.
