Enbi delivers worldwide custom manufacturing of elastomeric rollers and related components, ranging from fusing systems and aftermarket imaging rollers to industrial rollers, polyurethane parts, foam components, rubber parts and liquid‑injection‑molded silicone components. The polyurethane portfolio comprises bushings, seals, gaskets and pads, and the company also offers polyurethane coatings for applicator rollers. Materials processed include LSR silicones, RTV silicones, HTV/HCR silicones, silicone foams, polyimide sleeves, PFA sleeves, PFA and PTA coatings, neoprene, nitrile, carboxylated nitrile, Hypalon, EPDM, polyurethane and specialty fillers. Manufacturing capabilities span injection molding, transfer molding, compression molding, roll building, straight and profiled mold‑in‑place sleeving, secondary process sleeving, knife coating, liquid spray coating, powder coating, CNC grinding, grooving, splitting, cutting, laminating, flat‑bed die cutting, ID/OD boring, bonding foam to metal or plastic, multi‑layer roll construction, testing and final assembly. Enbi’s service offering includes OEM roller services together with design, development and engineering support.
