American Pallet & Packaging, LLC designs and produces double‑deck and nestable plastic pallets for light‑duty, heavy‑duty, and export uses. The pallets are injection‑molded from a recycled polypropylene blend that is fully recyclable, lightweight, and features a four‑way entry design with a washable, non‑absorbent surface resistant to stains and chemicals. Individual pallet weights vary between 19 lb and 32 lb, while the floor‑load capacity can reach up to 30,000 lb. Standard dimensions are offered from 48 in L × 40 in W × 4.8 in H to 48 in L × 40 in W × 5.5 in H. Optional accessories include protective sleeves and steel support struts. Pallets are supplied in black, blue, and green; the blue and green finishes meet FDA and USDA approval. Additional colors and configurations can be engineered as custom solutions. All shipments are provided on an FOB basis.
