United Feed Screws designs, engineers and manufactures feed screws, barrels, extrusion equipment and augers to satisfy extrusion and injection molding requirements. The company provides both new and remanufactured feed screws as well as feed throats. Hardened‑bore barrels are offered in bi‑metallic, tool‑steel and reconditioned configurations. New and used extrusion units are available in packaged form. Material‑handling offerings include feed augers, pelletizers, melt pumps and a variety of injection‑mold components for the rubber and plastic industries. Design and engineering services cover screw design, head design and profile dies. Additional capabilities comprise extrusion and injection‑molding services, laser alignment, MIG, TIG and PTA welding, O.D. grinding and screw inspections.
