RB Machine & Design, Inc. provides standard and custom work‑holding packages that include chucks, rotary chucks, collets, hydraulic mandrels, collet fixtures and swing clamps. The fixtures are designed for integration with hydraulic systems, and the company can also fabricate portable hydraulic packages. Chucks are offered with specified inner or outer diameters and feature air‑release spring clamping. Step collets with custom inner diameters are available in sizes exceeding 20 in., while master collets or replaceable sleeves can be produced with diameters of 30 in. or larger and meet heat‑treat specifications. Collets may be finished with titanium nitride coating or impregnated with tungsten carbide. Typical applications cover turning, grinding and crankshaft machining.
