Climax Packaging Machinery designs and manufactures a full line of packaging equipment, encompassing case packers and uncasers for both glass and plastic containers, with neck‑up and neck‑down capabilities and operating speeds up to 60 CPM. The machines incorporate soft‑packing mechanisms for fragile items, are built from stainless steel, and offer both change‑over and heavy‑drop packing configurations. Lane‑divider units feature PLC‑controlled motors, preprogrammed setups, and can reach rates of 500 BPM, while dedicated flap openers address cases that are difficult to open. In addition to standard product offerings, Climax provides specialty packaging machine design, rebuild and remanufacture services, and maintains an inventory of replacement parts.
