Laser Excel delivers high‑precision laser cutting services for a range of substrates, including acrylic, polycarbonate, wood, fabric, paper, Mylar® and various films. The operation utilizes eleven multi‑head, four‑beam laser systems, each rated at 1,500 watts, capable of processing material thicknesses from 0.001 in to 1 in with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.005 in. Full‑size 4 ft × 8 ft sheets can be cut to specification, supporting both prototype development and large‑ or small‑scale production runs. An in‑house design team provides AutoCAD drafting, artwork creation, and laser‑etching capabilities. Additionally, Laser Excel runs a complete screen‑printing department equipped with automatic presses and dryers for UV and solvent‑based inks.
