Acorn Stamping provides stamping services for canisters, cans, connectors, containers, pressure vessels and reflectors. Production capability ranges from 35‑ton to 300‑ton press capacity, with press speeds of 25 to 600 cycles per minute, part sizes from 0.003 to 0.375 in., lengths of 0.1 to 48 in., widths of 0.1 to 20 in., diameters of 0.1 to 20 in., thicknesses of 0.003 to 3/8 in., and tolerances of ±0.001 in. Acorn Stamping supports prototype work as well as low‑ to high‑volume runs, capable of delivering up to ten million units. Served industries encompass automotive, biomedical, construction, electronics, marine, medical‑device, military, mining, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and telecommunications sectors.
