ACP Waterjet provides abrasive waterjet cutting services, delivering precision‑cut parts in virtually any shape and from a broad range of materials. The company processes aluminum, ceramic, composites, alloys, stainless steel, highly reflective substrates, stone, titanium, tool steel, plastic, rubber and foam. Its production floor houses several 4‑axis waterjet machines capable of cutting material up to 6 in. thick while maintaining dimensional accuracy of ±0.005 in. The waterjet process eliminates a heat‑affected zone, imposes no mechanical stresses, produces a small kerf and generates minimal or no burr. It is also environmentally friendly and reduces tooling costs, making it suitable for diverse industry applications.
