Stoner & Co., Inc. delivers precision double‑disc grinding for both ferrous and non‑ferrous metals, handling cast iron, aluminum, steel, bronze, stainless steel and copper. The operation can process components ranging from 0.3 in. to 4 in. in thickness while maintaining a dimensional tolerance of ±0.0002 in. Available grinding methods include Blanchard, surface and diamond grinding. In addition to metals, the capability extends to ceramics, PTFE, Delrin®, nylon, a variety of exotic alloys and phenolic materials. Both short‑run and long‑run production orders are accommodated.
