Arin, Inc. manufactures steel‑rule dies for cutting a range of metals, including aluminum, mild steel and high‑strength low‑alloy steel, and supplies them for prototype work, new‑part development and full‑scale production. The firm holds ISO 9001:2008 registration and offers ancillary processes such as deburring, shearing, piercing, stamping and vibratory finishing. Three laser‑cutting systems support its operations. The first unit features an 80 in. × 160 in. work envelope and is capable of slicing mild steel up to 0.625 in. (16 mm), aluminum and stainless steel up to 0.250 in. (6 mm). The second machine provides a 60 in. × 120 in. bed and can process mild steel to 0.750 in. (19 mm), aluminum to 0.500 in. (12.7 mm) and stainless steel to 0.625 in. (15.875 mm). The third system is a fiber laser with the same 60 in. × 120 in. footprint; it cuts mild steel to 0.470 in. (12 mm), aluminum and copper to 0.190 in. (5 mm), brass to 0.110 in. (3 mm) and stainless steel to 0.250 in. (6 mm). All laser stations accept direct input from CAD files, including DXF, DWG and IGES formats, enabling streamlined production from design to finished part.
