Accro‑Seal, A Kalpas Co. designs and manufactures custom seals, bearings, bushings, rings and gaskets using high‑performance plastics. The product line draws on base polymers such as PTFE, PEEK, PFA, Acetal, Nylon, UHMW, PET and other engineered plastics, which are then compounded with fillers—including glass, carbon, graphite, mineral and stainless steel—to boost functional performance. Parts can be produced with diameters up to 16 in. and are machined to final dimensions while holding tolerances of ±0.001 in. The operation supports order volumes ranging from single‑piece prototypes to full‑scale production runs, with a typical lead time of less than three weeks. In addition, Accro‑Seal supplies an extensive portfolio of Accrolube® specialty lubricants; many of these formulations are PTFE‑fortified and engineered to endure demanding operating conditions, harsh environments and a broad temperature spectrum.
