CFOAM LLC produces both standard and custom carbon foam solutions that address tooling, thermal protection, electrical, fire‑proofing, filtration, acoustic and energy‑absorption needs. The product portfolio includes vitreous foam derived from non‑combustible coal and open‑cell graphitized foam. Vitreous foam is offered at a nominal density ranging from 20 to 30 lb per cubic foot, while the graphite‑based foam maintains oxidation resistance up to 400 °C. Both material types are supplied in shaped components and sheet formats. CFOAM LLC’s customer base spans the automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, military and commercial sectors.
