Advance Stamping Co. delivers high‑speed, high‑volume custom small‑stamping solutions for a range of metals including brass, bronze, copper, copper alloys, aluminum, steel and stainless steel. The firm offers full‑service tooling, design support and prototype development, and holds G.M. certification for its processes. Every production run is monitored with computerized statistical process control, a comparator, precision microscopy and digital profilometering to ensure consistent quality. Manufacturing capacity includes 54 Waterbury Farrel eyelet machines, U.S. Baird transfer presses and 20 UBI and straight‑side presses capable of up to 100 tons for progressive‑die operations. Parts can be produced with side lengths up to 2.900 inches and diameters up to 3.000 inches. Additional services encompass cleaning, plating, heat‑treating and progressive‑die stamping, providing a comprehensive package for customers across multiple industries.
