The one‑million‑BTU/h modulating boiler utilizes a cast‑iron sealed combustion chamber, delivers a 3‑to‑1 modulation range, and can achieve efficiencies as high as 93 %. The modular heating plants are engineered to step‑fire in direct response to heating demand, with oil‑fired hydronic versions covering input capacities from 420,000 BTU/h up to 6,930,000 BTU/h and maintaining combustion efficiencies above 83 %. Additionally, Advanced Thermal Hydronics supplies gas‑fired steam boilers in four size options, ranging from 85 MBH to 165 MBH, available with either intermittent or standing pilot configurations
