Spectra-Tech, Inc. delivers precision CNC grinding across a range of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, carbide, titanium, zinc, stainless steel, PTFE, ceramic and tungsten. The capability set covers contour, creep‑feed, profile, precision, surface, through‑feed, Blanchard, double‑disc, external and OD grinding. Reverse engineering, high‑energy and vibratory deburring, and shot peening are also offered as supplemental services. The operation supports prototype work as well as low‑ to high‑volume production, handling runs from short batches to large series. Clients are drawn from the electronics, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, packaging and medical sectors. Design files may be supplied in AutoCAD or SolidWorks® format, and all processes meet ANSI standards.
