PH TOOL Reference Standards manufactures custom non‑destructive testing (NDT) reference standards and test blocks. The product line includes reference standards and test blocks for ultrasonic, eddy‑current, magnetic‑particle, and liquid‑penetrant inspections, as well as a range of ancillary items such as bars, turbine blades, fasteners, plates, projectiles, spindles, and airfoils. Production capabilities encompass EDM notching, recertification, and recalibration services. Standard blocks are fabricated from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, while special‑alloy blocks are offered in titanium, Inconel®, copper‑nickel, cast iron, and Monel®. All offerings conform to ANSI and ASME requirements, satisfy MIL‑I‑45208 and MIL‑Q‑9858A specifications, and are ISO 10012 compliant.
