World Elastic Corp. designs and produces engineered composite yarns on a custom basis. Its portfolio incorporates fibers such as Kevlar®, nylon, stainless steel, silver, polyester, spandex, Thunderon®, fiberglass and acrylic. The resulting yarns deliver cut resistance, electrical conductivity, heat resistance, as well as moisture management and bacterial control. These characteristics make the yarns appropriate for manufacturing knitted gloves, sleeves, fabrics and garments.
