Madden Engineered Products, LLC designs and manufactures Metriflow™ diaphragm metering pumps that handle flow rates from 0.02 to 360 gph and operate at pressures up to 300 psi. The product line includes simplex, duplex, triplex and quadruplex configurations, allowing the company to serve applications such as boiler chemical feed, acids, caustic solutions, polymers and other challenging liquids. Pumps feature electronic remote output control and can be equipped with explosion‑proof or specially designed motors. Madden also delivers complete chemical feed systems that incorporate tanks and mixers. In addition to pumps, the firm offers a range of boiler accessories, including continuous blowdown orifice meters rated to 650 psi, blowdown heat‑recovery units capable of handling up to 50,000 pph, bottom‑blowdown separators, after‑coolers and temperature‑regulating valves. The portfolio is rounded out with sample coolers rated to 1,200 psi, specialty heat exchangers and pump‑seal flush coolers.
