Air Squared, LLC designs and manufactures scroll‑type compressors for air and other working fluids, together with hermetic and non‑hermetic vacuum pumps, refrigeration compressors and expanders. The scroll architecture eliminates inlet and discharge valves, resulting in operation that is virtually free of noise, vibration and rubbing velocity while delivering low power consumption and long service life. Units can achieve rotational speeds of up to 12,000 rpm. Product lines span small‑ to medium‑size scroll compressors and vacuum pumps, as well as large industrial air compressors, low‑pressure blowers, cryogenic and steam expanders, and injection‑molded compressors for medical applications. Designs are qualified for military, medical, aerospace, fuel‑cell and gas‑booster sectors, and all equipment meets applicable Mil Spec requirements.
