Air-Vac Automation designs and builds micro‑assembly and Ag sintering equipment for the medical, automotive, power, semiconductor and bio/pharma sectors. Its robotic platforms perform micro‑assembly, dispensing, bonding and inspection, and they can be adapted through flexible programming and customized hardware. The systems support a wide range of applications such as general pick‑and‑place, wafer ejecting, flipping, curing, marking, testing, kitting and sorting. Available features include in‑line conveyors, stack‑tray feeders, vibratory units, waffle trays, as well as jet, auger and time/pressure dispensers. Solutions are offered as compact desk‑top platforms or as full production cells and lines, delivering sub‑5‑micron accuracy in dedicated configurations and operating speeds up to 3 m/s.
