Airsan Corp. manufactures both standard and custom air‑filter solutions, offering a full line that includes the filters themselves, adhesives, retainers, vanes and silencers. The product portfolio spans viscose impingement, dry‑type, electrostatic and metal filters, as well as air‑intake and grease filters. All filters are built on galvanized‑steel frames and incorporate media of the same material. Grease‑filter variants comprise flame‑oil, heavy‑duty and multi‑purpose designs. Metal filters receive a thin oil coating that captures particles as air moves through them, while the overall filter construction may utilize bronze, stainless steel, Monel® or aluminum. Installation options allow placement at the air intake or downstream of coils within the air stream. Routine maintenance is simple: filters can be soaked in hot water with detergent for cleaning. These products serve demisting, heating, cooling and ventilating functions and are intended for industrial air‑handling equipment.
