Aluminum Precision Products manufactures high‑precision aluminum impression‑die forgings, precision forgings and open‑die (hand) forgings, and offers fully integrated machining for both components and complete assemblies. The firm supplies parts to military and commercial aerospace programs, automotive and recreational‑vehicle OEMs, medical‑equipment makers, locomotive builders, as well as commercial and industrial users. Forging capacity spans hydraulic presses from 300 tons to 8,000 tons, allowing production of pieces up to 650 square inches in area. In addition to forging, Aluminum Precision Products provides tooling fabrication, die maintenance, induction heat treating, three‑ to four‑axis CNC milling and turning, conventional machining, shot peening, straightening, aging, surface‑treatment, tensile testing and comprehensive inspection. The company’s in‑house design and engineering teams work closely with customers to assure dimensional accuracy and quality across all applications.
